Practice Plans ("the app") is made for coaching staffs to plan and run basketball practice. This policy explains what we store and why.
What we collect
Account: your email address and name, used to sign you in and to identify you to the other coaches on your program.
Content you create: practice plans, drills, notes, schedules, and team branding (school name, colors, logo), stored so your staff can share it.
Sign in with Apple / Google: if you use them, we receive only your email and name from the provider.
What we don't do
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
We do not track you across other apps or websites and we use no advertising SDKs.
Photos you upload to read a schedule are processed to extract the games and are not stored.
Service providers
Data is stored on Cloudflare (hosting), transactional email is sent via Resend, and schedule photos are read by Google's Gemini API to extract game dates. Each processes data only to provide the service.
Deleting your account
Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. This removes your account, sessions, and program memberships immediately. Shared program content stays with the remaining coaches on that program.
